Insurance is required on everything stored at Big Door Storage. If your homeowner's policy provides applicable coverage for stored property, that satisfies the requirement — just bring proof at move-in. If it doesn't, our Tenant Protection Plan is available instead.

Insurance coverage is required on everything stored with us. If your homeowners policy provides coverage for stored property, bring proof at move-in. If not, a Tenant Protection Plan is available.
- A qualifying homeowners policy satisfies the requirement - just bring proof at move-in
- If you don't have one, our plan covers $2,000 to $15,000 of stored property
- You can add the plan when you rent - no paperwork
